Payment Terms

Warranty Coverage

EcoFlow Products: Up to 5 years manufacturer warranty (model-dependent)
GoodWe Inverters: 5 years standard warranty (extendable to 10 years with battery)
GoodWe Batteries: 10 years warranty when paired with GoodWe hybrid inverter
Jinko Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty

Warranty Conditions

Warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized channels
Original purchase invoice is required for all warranty claims
Product must be used according to manufacturer guidelines
Warranty registration may be required within 30 days of purchase

Warranty Exclusions

Physical damage, water damage, or misuse
Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical faults
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
Damage during improper installation (for solar systems)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Phoenyx Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of products
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation
