Phoenyx Digital delivers EcoFlow portable power stations, GoodWe solar inverters, and related products across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Original invoice/receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or installed
  • Custom or special orders
  • Solar panels and installation-related products (once installed)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and photos of the product
  3. We will review and approve/reject the return request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, arrange return shipping (customer pays unless defective)
  5. Refund processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the item

You MUST report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order!

Steps to Report Damage:

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
  2. Take clear photos/videos of any damage BEFORE opening the package
  3. Document the condition of the outer packaging
  4. Contact us via WhatsApp with photos within 24 hours
  5. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

Note: Damage claims reported after 24 hours may not be honored. We will arrange replacement or refund for verified damaged items at no cost to you.

We offer exchanges/replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: Full replacement at our cost
  • Defective Product: Replacement or repair under warranty
  • Damaged During Transit: Full replacement if reported within 24 hours

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, we will offer an alternative of equal or greater value, or a full refund.

  • Refund approval: 2-3 business days after receiving returned item
  • Bank Transfer: 7-15 business days
  • Mobile Banking: 7-10 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for defective or damaged products
  • Product price minus return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
